There's a nightclub on the upper floor and restaurant on the lower floor which both blast music fairly late at night, at least on the weekends. The walls are also fairly thin as I could hear loud conversations by my neighbors pretty clearly, and there was some weird sound from upstairs that sounded like someone was rolling a bowling ball on a hardwood floor or in a bathtub.
The descriptions on the website portray the hotel as being modern but I should've done more research to know it would be more like a youth hostel with ties to a restaurant, workspace and nightlife.
