I didn’t like that there was no hot water and when you called the front desk, they told you have to run the water for 20 minutes to get hot water
Lovely room, in a grand old hotel, good beds, very helpful staff. Facility struggling a bit, presumably due to effects of Covid as well as pervasive construction all around.
We were housed on the sixth floor because one member of our party has elevator claustrophobia. The floor was vacant, and the hallways were not vacuumed. The room was huge, but the plumbing was old, and we had to call engineering to fix a leak. Overall our stay was fine.
Enjoyed my stay.
Beautiful classic hotel! Love staying here each time!
Staff was so friendly. Upon check in our room wasn't ready so we were upgraded. We've always stayed here when in Cincinnati and will continue to do so.
An understaffed, overpriced hotel with tiny rooms. Why would you stay here at high prices when there a dozen hotels with roomier accommodations and better value? Yes it’s an historic property, but that wears thin when you pay top dollar for a small, worn-out room and face lackluster service in the lobby, bar, and restaurant. $14 for a shot of bourbon on ice (if you can find anyone to wait on you), and $25 per person for a breakfast buffet that’s no different than the diner downstairs. And speaking of downstairs, the “arcade” is mostly full of empty shops. I read this weekend that the hotel and Carew Tower are insolvent and haven’t paid utility bills. I don’t expect this Hilton to survive.
Very nice city
Convenient , clean, and friendly staff!!!
Enjoyed our weekend getaway. Close to area attractions. Felt safe walking around. Great bar!
Did not have daily cleaning as promised
Beautiful art deco decorated hotel taking you back to the past with elegance and outstanding service. Front desk manager John at all the historical facts of the hotel as we enjoyed the walking tour.
Perfect location to everything downtown. Rooms are small, but it was built in the 1930s. Felt like I would run into Gatsby in here 😂. We loved it.
Right by everything! We never had to take a Uber anywhere could walk and so many things to do nice and close. Would stay again for easy access to things.
