The rooms are clean and the property is safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable, love the gym and pool area. Even though I didn't get to use the spa, it looked very nice and inviting. The hotel shuttle is great will take and pick you up within 3 miles.

Friendly staff
Salome at the front desk was great. She checked us in promptly and gave me all the information I was asking for. I saw her repeatedly during our stay and she always seemed to remember me and greet me warmly. I was frustrated by the lack of Microwaves in the rooms. It seems a simple thing to add and would be so helpful. Also the room temp was too warm for us to sleep comfortably. It couldn’t be set lower than 68. I think even 64-66 would’ve been helpful.

We recently stayed from Sat-Tue and we had to ask everyday for cleaning service and to get more towels, etc. Nothing was done until we finally had to speak again to someone and the last night we were there they finally cleaned our room but only left 2 towels when we were 3 people staying in the room. I also asked for extra laundry bags which we never got.

Needs updated..not clean. Had issue with the TV supervisor looked at it said would send engineer to exchange cord, 3 hours later engineer arrives saying he can not do anything to fix.only received 5 stations for 3 3 night of stay. Very disappointed in stay, compared to last time. Will not stay again and do not recommend.

Rooms clean and updated. Great options for coffee or breakfast. Restaurant and bar had amazing service. Only down fall is our shower was broke and some Lights didn’t work. They didn’t have part for shower. They didn’t discount our room or give voucher to services/restaurant on site.
