Great location & friendly staff
The location of this hotel is excellent and so convenient for exploring Canterbury. Every single member of staff we interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. We also were lucky enough to be staying in a room with a view of the cathedral, which was lovely. The only slight downsides were that the bed was very squeaky (but still comfortable) and the sink was a bit prone to flooding on to the floor. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot, especially the waffle station. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
