check in was delayed by more than 2 hours. parking was not friendly, credit card was charged more than what I was informed by Orbitz (the resort fee). I called the hotel and nobody cared to find out in spite of my few effort by calling the hotel

This property is in a great walkable location to the entire Main St district, with very reasonably priced internal parking. The public areas may seem a little dated but our apartment/room was very nice and very up-to-date with incredible views.

The condo we stayed at was immaculate and updated. The balcony had a view of the mountains. Perfect location walkable to downtown. Nice amenities. Only down side is no AC and price is a little high

Property is older and somewhat dated. However it was very clean and the service was great. The staff, especially Tyler was very accomodating.

Good location. Perfect as it is close to the lift.

The property was under renovation so there was no pool or hot tub. No outdoor seating. The Pub that was advertised was closed so there was no on-site dining or room service there also was no house keeping. I'd wait until after reno and make sure of services provided before staying again

Bed was super comfy. The room was clean, they allowed us to bring our mountain bikes inside, and it was easy to get in and out. They let us have a few free beers since their wine delivery hadn’t arrived. A few issues (fairly minor): no soap at the sink in the bathroom, both chairs on the porch were broken, and there was a broken lamp near the bed.

Free parking was off-site, there are some resort fees in addition to the nightly fee, no A/C (room got pretty hot).

what a view it's like a postcard. my Room was very spacious despite the studio floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to fee at home

Liked that hotel was very close to lifts, shops and restaurants.

I liked the customer service and the convenience of the parking, however, check in time is pretty late (4pm) and the amenities only stay open until 10pm. If you stay one night you don’t get a chance to enjoy much.

I loved where it was located. Close to downtown which is great for a first time visitor. The place we stayed in was clean and updated. I loved the layout of the place for a family. It gave us room to speed out and have our own space. The only bummer was the restaurant on site was under construction and the pool area although clean needed to be updated. The staff was friendly and welcoming and we had a fabulous stay.

Clean unit , full kitchen, very close to Main St, beautiful views

I apologize for the inconveniences and lack of hospitality when you inquired about the resort fee (this is quoted to you when you are booking). We will address this directly and ensure better service.

Hello, Thank you for staying with us and thank you for your feedback. We apologize we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately our free parking is behind the complex but thankfully it is just a couple hundred feet from each building. Third party websites do not include/cover resort fees but it is a cost for all guests who stay at this resort. We apologize you were not aware about the resort fees and the no AC. We hope you choose to stay with us again in the future so we can provide you with a much better stay!
