The location is amazing, nestled at a high altitude with amazing panoramic views, we enjoyed our stay here! Our room was very spacious with a living room, dining area, large bathroom and a separate huge bedroom. Their free breakfast was a great option to help us get our day started early and the views were amazing. The wing where our room was located looked recently renovated.

Booked this property for one night and thank goodness that’s all it was. Immediately as I went into the bathroom I was treated with over 10 fruit flies all in the bathroom and a dirty floor with hair and obviously dirt piled up. I asked to be switched to a room not filled with fruit flies but said they couldn’t do that but if we wanted to find another hotel in the area they would give us a full refund given we just drove 9 hours from Utah we weren’t interested since We were just passing through and had another 15 hours the next day. They did credit us the 21 dollar resort fee and tossed in a free appetizer which was nice of the front desk but just wish things were a lot cleaner. Would not stay here again though.
We could hear EVERYTHING that was said and done in the adjusting room. Beds were uncomfortable and itchy. We did not get much sleep. The room smelled funky. The only positive thing was the view.

This was an ok hotel. We stayed in the off season and got a better rate. However, I think we still paid too much. The bed has a springy feel in the mattress. Everything feels older, I am a fan of this when it’s appropriate but that’s not how this is billed. Being off season you expect less staff but it was a ghost town. It is very quiet, love that. Beautiful views off the back deck. Free breakfast, although it truly is continental. Just expected a bit more based on the cost and “resort fee”.

This place is off the beaten path and average at best.
This is a quaint or little place in perfect proximity to Breckenridge. The staff was friendly and the place was VERY CLEAN. We stayed for 4 nights this place was perfect - p.s don’t forget to reserve the hot-tub at nights , it’s a great way to end the day under the stars.
