The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I didnt get the name of the guy that checked us in but Bill and him were perfect representatives to your company. Any time we stay in the bakersfield area, THIS WILL BE our go to place to stay. Very clean and comfortable for our family. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service!
Amazing customer service. We were greeted warmly and the whole check in process was smooth and easy. The hotel was extremely clean and so was our room. Breakfast was good and again very clean breakfast area. Plenty of coffee including decaf and lots of creamers. Overall, excellent experience. Additionally, I felt very safe. The parking lot was well lit.
