We stayed for two nights and we are definitely coming back. The king junior suite was perfect for a family of three. The rooms are spacious. Enjoyed the property, our room was facing the river so it was very pleasant in the night with the sound of nature. Great property for taking a stroll in the nearby riverside trail. The staff was very helpful with our luggage as parking garage was a little far from our room. The shuttles to the town was very convenient.
We checked out early and had to pay for a second hotel as this hotel was terrible . We had to walk in the snow to and from our roomand they were not table to give us ride
Good experience for the money . Room is spacious ,clean . Our room has a little kitchenette, with microwave, mini fridge , sink and tableware . The only cons is that no elevator and no drivable to the unit and u have to walk (or use their bellman service and golf cart) to take luggage to the unit Reception, breakfast, and restaurant are in separate building. Pool is also further away . Short stuff but as everywhere else . They do have shuttle to aspen mountain but will not drive to Snowmass FYI

Very nice resort. About a mile from the center of town. Found it very convenient to go between Snowmass and Aspen town center. Beautiful trail surrounding property as well as very good restaurant. Only reservations would be lack of light in the room and the bathrooms could use an upgrade.
It was good. The hotel is a little dated, the breakfast ended earlier then stated in the menu.
we had a very unpleasant experience at the Aspen meadows hotel. Upon our arrival, we waited 40minutes for valet to take us and our luggage to our room. They have 1 person who is the bellboy and shuttle driver. The rooms are old cheap european type rooms. The stay was very unpleasant. We checked out after 1 night. This hotel is like a motel 6, but at a much higher price

I was in Aspen for the first time on a business trip; stayed at Aspen Meadows b/c Aspen Square was booked which is a more central location to resteraunts and shops. However, Aspen Meadows is only 6 minutes away and offers shuttles every half hour into town. The suites are great, very comfortable. I did not like that the parking is rather far from your room location. I had to carry boxes of materials, in heals, in the rain to and from my car and it was an unpleasant experience to say the least. My only complaint is that I shipped a box of materials prior to my arrival and upon checking-in the hotel claimed fault for misplacing the box and claimed it was lost. This was the worst possible thing that could happen as everything was in that box. It eventually was found later, but they offered no compensation for their error. I was definately dissapointed with their customer service.
