We had an outdoor patio with chair right out back of the sliding glass door which made it super convenient to take my dog out to go potty. It was facing into the courtyard so I was also comfortable with my kids taking the dog out. Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough for one nights rest while passing through.

Clean, quiet, conveniently located property. We just stayed overnight so didn’t see much other than our room. Not fancy but nicer than your average Motel 6 for a very good price. The room was big and comfortable. It had a desk, which was nice. A microwave would have been nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I had a good stay at the Querque overall. It is in a rougher neighborhood so outside the hotel did not seem particularly safe, but inside was much better. Lots of noise echoing from a very full pool & what appeared to be neighborhood residents sneaking in. The property is working on having a gate system, & I did briefly see one security guard outside while there. The room was clean and cozy, with nice bedding and bed. Shower was hot & refreshing. Overall I would do a single night stay again for a close-to-the-airport layover.

They wouldn't let my som check into the room because he is 19. The room was already paid for, so I don't understand how they wouldn't let him into the room. He is now scrambling to try and figure out where to stay tonight. If an 18 year old can lay his life down for his country, certainly a 19 year old can check into an already paid for hotel. Very frustrating!!

I wanted to like this place. Check in/out was easy and fast. My toilet wouldn’t flush but maintenance came and fixed it very quickly. But I was woken up twice with a sound that I assume was them snaking drains in rooms around me, and I kept feeling a draft and when I finally investigated I found that my sliding door wouldn’t close all the way and also wouldn’t lock! I barricaded my room as best as I could at that point and tried to sleep. Breakfast was literally 3 pieces of toast and some packaged muffins. It can use some work and maintenance. I’m a solo traveler and that definitely did not make me feel secure.

The hotel itself was ok. Our room upon arrival was not clean. We found fake fingernails in the room on the floor as well as what looked like toenail clippings. The second night we noticed while showering that th e tub just did not drain. We had to have the staff call maintenance who came and plunged it. They also called housekeeping to clean and vacuum the room, which still was not done properly as well as what appeared to be a booger in the tub. I showed pictures to management who seemed concerned, but housekeeping did not clean them out. We also requested a balcony room, but didn’t get one and the sliding door was not fully functional, in fact it was off the tract. The beds were however, very comfortable. A lot of people coming and going at all hours which made it hard to sleep. The front desk staff, was extraordinary. Probably the best feature of the whole place. I probably would not stay here again!
