Hotel was kept very clean despite needing an update. Rooms were very outdated and showed lots of wear (holes in carpet, frayed chairs, stained tub, etc). We felt very safe within the property and mostly safe during the day outside of it. Took the advise of the front desk and walked to a restaurant that led us through a tunnel that was used as a restroom for the large homeless population (complete with used syringes and feces). Do yourself a favor and Uber if you’re going anywhere but the Central Food Hall (it seemed safe).

A great choice.
All the employees are exceptionally nice and very good at their jobs. The bed is a bit soft for my liking, but i slept comfortably enough. The food from Club 1922 is outstanding. I stayed six nights and have zero complaints.

Buffet breakfast at Carrie’s was limited in selections. The carpet in our room had several stains. Our room was also very noisy. Not sure if repairs were being made in the room next to ours but the drilling and in general noise was bothersome!!

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Rail Runner Station.It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very nice allowed me to check in a bit earlier than 4 pm, which enabled me to drop my bags and do some sightseeing before dark. Thank you!
