The resort itself was wonderful and We had a great time. The only problem we had was with my booking with Orbitz. I booked all inclusive but when we arrived it was a standard booking. Just free breakfast. But that didn't stop us from having a great time. "No worry, no hurry" we were on Fiji time. Would stay there again! Vinaka!

Absolutely loved our time at Palazzo Versace, from the friendly staff, beautiful decor, comfortable bed, delicious food and good range of activities, the high tea and the luxury soaks are a must! and as an extra bonus my partner said it was the best wheelchair friendly room he’s ever stayed at. Cannot wait to be back!

The resort is pretty far from the airport, it took us almost 2 hours to get to the resort. The staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly! The room was dated and smells like molds. Overall I give this place a 7 out of 10.

Service veered from excellent to poor, seem to have a training problem with some staff. All interactions were polite and friendly, just some dropped ball, and some were not competent at required task. When we checked in our room was not yet ready, so we asked if they would let us know and that we would take lunch at the restaurant while we waited. They couldn't figure out how to charge to room before checkin, which was fine. Unfortunately the message that we were waiting in the restaurant never got passed after a staff change in reception, so after two hours of waiting around I decided to check. When I checked back they said the room had been ready for a while.There was also a fiiasco where I waited over 20 iminute for an untrained staff member to try to figure out the keys to safe deposit since there are no safes in the room. This almost made me late for a connection. Overall the suite room was nice, and had an excellent view, somewhat marred by the apartments just below and across the way which assured us of no privacy unless curtains drawn. I would not class the room or amenities as 5-star by the standards of the first class international hotels I've stayed in. Decent value for the cost, though.

We spent 7 nights in an over the water bungalow in early November 2025. The resort is beautiful and staff extremely helpful and very attentive. We found on sight services like rental cars and booking excursions were not always available. Parking was free and on property. Food was expensive, which was common everywhere, and room service charge was $25.00 with no tipping. Lunch and dinner options were nothing special, but we loved breakfast. We ordered assorted fruits and baked goods. Loved the fruit variety and abundance of both. Dinner was buffet style and around $150 per person not including alcohol. The pool was very nice and had easy entry. It starts ankle deep gradually getting deeper. There were limited shaded options during peak times. Beach view was mainly blocked by bungalows, so suggest going off site or booking a beach excursion for the beautiful virws. The Polynesian program, offered 3 nights a week is lovely and free, offered just outside the dining room. The drumming carried throughout the resort and lasted about an hour. You may want to ask for a room far from the dining room if you are sound sensitive. Lastly, my companion wanted the breakfast delivered by outrigger canoe. I rolled my eyes while booking, but it became a highlight of our stay. She took a ride around the lagoon while breakfast was set up with special linen and flowers. It was a great picture opportunity, touristy but memorable.
