St. Lucia Romantic Vacations

We had a wonderful time at the Royalton. Stayed in Hideaway (adults only side) and did Diamond Club, which was so worth it. Our butlers (Nikita and Kayson) helped with what we needed, they were able to get us dinner reservations. Dinner at Hibachi, Italian and Tex Mex were great. Service was good, there were times where the hotel appeared understaffed, but we were happy with the trip. The hotel is 90 minutes from the airport and it's an experience to get there, lots of windy roads. Some people have gotten motion sickness secondary to this, so just be prepared. St. Lucia is beautiful and more mountainous that I expected. Staff at the Hideaway bar (Stephen, his sister and his crew) were lots of fun.

We had an amazing week at this resort. Every staff member we encountered were lovely and so kind. We booked the concierge style room which gave us an easy check in and check out. Everything we needed during our week we were able to call our concierge. Lanel and Shirlanda were amazing and so helpful. They scheduled our dinner reservations and booked our excursion without us having to lift a finger. True white glove service from these women. The room was comfortable and very clean. The beach, pool, restaurants, all the grounds of the resort were immaculate and so welcoming. The food was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Our room booking was also Harmony adults only so we were able to relax in peace on the beach sun loungers. We booked a cabana for the day on the other side of the resort which has walkable entry into the ocean. The main side of the resort has only a small beach and more rough water, but the cabana side of the resort had calm water. We want to give a huge shoutout to Bertha, Shass, Sham, Evelyn, Merlessa, Philma, Erksing, and Jedi… thank you for the hospitality and being so kind and helpful. Coconut Bay knows how to hire their staff and we were blown away by how welcoming every one was. Our only complaint for our entire week…. Not enough local Creole/Caribbean live music. Way too much American music (country and oldies). We were told management won’t allow local music.. that needs to change!!!!!!!

Staffs are so friendly and nice. Room is the most beautiful view we ever experienced. Love this place. Sunrise and sunset are gorgeous

I would give this resort a 3.5 stars. Rooms need to be updated the front door looked like it was kick in on side.bathroom shower had mold around the glass. Check in was terrible check in is at 3 pm our room is not ready until 6 PM. Three hour wait for a check-in is ridiculous. The staff was very friendly the all-inclusive restaurants and they’re all closed two days a week, but you have to check on when those days are to make reservations somewhere else in the complex.
