My husband and I had a great time! So much to love about this place: the lovely treehouse-style accommodations nestled amongst the beautiful foliage, the illusive hummingbirds and tree frogs, the delicious buffet and The Chef's Table dining experience, 7-Mile Beach, the design motif throughout the resort, and the professional and friendly staff. Staying there was like visiting paradise on Earth. Wonderful beach, comfortable and quiet room, no service issues whatsoever, food quality and selection beyond description, vibrant and helpful staff. Take a snorkeling boat tour, a safari bus tour, kayak or paddle around the bay, enjoy the sun!

The staff in every department , from the check in services to the kitchen and entertainment were all great and made our stay wonderful. We're already planning to come back. Breakfast was great with a wide variety to choose from.

I loved how when I got there they upgraded me to a Oceanview room. Everyone was just so friendly so courteous so helpful always smiling can’t wait to go again next year. It was a wonderful Mother’s Day refrigerator was well stocked plenty of towels. Everything was just excellent.

10/10! Only things I didn’t like: the beds were hard (but party hard enough & it doesn’t matter) & the first day we got there they had games in the lobby, but the other days they did not. The staff is AMAZING! Kevin, Nekesha, Trudy-Ann, Briskett (sorry if I spelt wrong) & Riri were all absolutely AMAZING! It truly feels like your home away from home! If you want to buy souvenirs on the beach, Kevin (he’s always furthest from the resort & not pushy) has the best items, & he’s so kind! We will be back!

I loved how when I got there they upgraded me to a Oceanview room. Everyone was just so friendly so courteous so helpful always smiling can’t wait to go again next year. It was a wonderful Mother’s Day refrigerator was well stocked plenty of towels. Everything was just excellent.

Property is well maintained and clean , food is pretty delightful. Staff is working hard and welcoming but some of them need some more training in hospitality and customer care . Our first experience at the resort was with the front desk staff Allia, she was very miserable not at all helpful. As a first time visitor at this resort we didn’t get any information from this particular staff . She was not even making any eye contact while talking and talk in a very low tone, if we ask her to repeat it she just ignored it and continued her speech
