Excellent all around. Plenty to do, fun activities for all ages (we brought our 2yr and 4yr). Plenty of restaurants to choose from and the food was excellent. The rooms are nice and spacious.

We stayed 6 days and everything was wonderful they have a great staff willing to help you with whatever comes up. The food was excellent and Ray our waiter was one of the best. They wait on you hand and foot Can't wait to go back and see all the friends at the palace

Had a problem with the HVAC, told front desk, a guy came to the room, still no cool air. Room was not cleaned on the second day of stay

Our butler Fabio was phenomenal! Very resourceful and response to every question we had! Claudia, Rafael, Juan and Edwin were the best servers at the theater bar! We cannot wait to go back with our kids! The food and amenities were well worth it!
