The property was off the main strip but it was still in a decent area. The staff was awesome! Wish there was more places to eat in the area and there was early check in available.

From Frances at the front desk to Luis at the pool bar, and the friendly attendants handing out towels and welcoming guests at the front door — everyone was warm, professional, and truly a highlight of our stay. On the surface, the hotel is visually stunning. However, some concerns became apparent once we looked a bit deeper. In our room (935), the wood veneer on the dresser was bubbling, detracting from the room’s presentation. The bathroom felt quite small for a property carrying a five-star designation, and the carpeting showed noticeable wear. In the lobby, the billiard table was in such poor condition that it might be better removed altogether if not going to be properly maintained. The elevators were dimly lit and felt somewhat dated — more in line with a 3- to 4-star experience than what one expects from a five-star resort. While your outstanding staff goes a long way in creating a positive impression, there’s only so much they can do to compensate for these shortcomings in the physical experience. One final note, and this is not unique to your property: resort fees. It’s always a disappointment to see these charges tacked on at checkout. It feels misleading — like a last-minute add-on rather than part of the actual room rate. Overpriced food and not worth eating it!

Staff was great. Room was clean. Would Definitely stay here again. Right across from supermarket. Beach shuttle was reliable. Cafe downstairs served a good brunch.

Very nice and private! Uber and taxi accessible! Only a 35-45 minute drive to Old Town San Juan for daytime or nighttime site seeing and activities. Nice semi secluded wading beach with rocks and sealife.

The staff were all fantastic. Very nice people. I wasn't crazy about the room. The windows are like an office building- they don't open. The Wifi was quite spotty. The sliding door for the toilet didnt work. The clothes closet didn't close properly. The bathroom sink was beautiful but the joystick spout was weird. Small complaints, really. But I would really have loved an open window...Great beach!
