There was a delay on our flight but we weren't notified and the front desk person was very unhelpful. It was confusing because out flight wasn't listed at our gate
On time & nice landings.
We love Delta!!!
flights were early- Which is great and much better than UNITED LATE AIR
Next time have free check in baggage
The return trip was an adventure. Delayed flight. Then sat on the tarmac for 20 minutes. Then no gate in Seattle, so had to bus to the terminal. Not Delta's fault I'm guessing but some folks missed connecting flights because of the bus trip.
Though it was a small plane, it was quick and everything ran smoothly even with delays.
No gate listed for transfer in Seattle on flight slip, a bit of a struggle to find someone to direct me.
Late departures from Seattle common with Alaska airlines!
Only snack given or available for non purchase was some cookies. While on delta I flew last week had 3 choices of free snacks
The beverage service started very late into the flight, so when they got to us in the last seat, the flight attendant told us she did have time to serve us because of the flight descent. She didn't smile or apologize for the inconvenience. Also, the flight was very bumpy and there were problems with frequent pressure changes.
What a horrid experience... Delta is now at the bottom of my list.
