Thanks for the good work

Dec 9, 2019

To takeoff and landing were superb. There was no turbulence on our flight which was wonderful. It was on time and arrived early. I slept through the whole flight so I did not experience any of the service but I’m sure it was great!

Dec 8, 2019

The peolple that does not have a luggage to declare has to do a long line in counter. It has to be more shorter, thats why i made check in on-line

Jun 1, 2019

there was a strange inspection going on at the bording gate behind a gauze screen. six or so passengers had swabs collected from clothes and luggage. The samples then analyyzed right there.....for something. These passengers then borded the a/c with the rest. Weird and never explained. not a problem more like a little floor show for a captive audience. just curious what all that was...

May 23, 2019

There was no in-flight entertainment available on the international flight from UIO to FLL. The flight attendants on this flight were also unenthusiastic and not helpful. On the contrary, my flight from FLL to ATL was superb with great flight attendants, especially Matthew and in-flight entertainment.

1st time on Blue. Pretty much a great flight. Didn't really like having to pay for an upgrade so my wife and I could sit together. Something about that doesn't sit right. On the other hand, the seats were great and the extra leg room was great.

Nov 14, 2018

Seats very uncomfortable.

Oct 5, 2018

Wi-fi useless. I asked a stuff member for this specific service and I was not informed of when to use it. They just told me that it was in service for 10 min and then it was shut off
