My husband and I had a great time! So much to love about this place: the lovely treehouse-style accommodations nestled amongst the beautiful foliage, the illusive hummingbirds and tree frogs, the delicious buffet and The Chef's Table dining experience, 7-Mile Beach, the design motif throughout the resort, and the professional and friendly staff. Being told not to worry about my luggage because guest services would take care of everything set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway—my only responsibility was to unwind and enjoy the incredible hospitality. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Chanice at the front desk made a wonderful impression, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Erick, one of the bartenders in the theatre, brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. In fact, every staff member I encountered was amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I really enjoyed my stay! Overall the property and staff were very nice. The entertainment was excellent. I did not like that wash clothes were not provided in the rooms. It took two days of verbal requests to find out you have to request them through the app. The distance from other popular excursions and attractions is the only draw back.

Staying there was like visiting paradise on Earth. Wonderful beach, comfortable and quiet room, no service issues whatsoever, food quality and selection beyond description, vibrant and helpful staff. Take a snorkeling boat tour, a safari bus tour, kayak or paddle around the bay, enjoy the sun!
