Fight was late, baggage claim in Barcelona was complicated

May 27, 2019

I was charged for 2 roundtrips instead of one. When I later asked for a refund, I had to call twice because first I got refunded for just one of the flights of the second roundtrip. I finally got the refund, but since the purchase was in USD and the payment and refund in EUR, I was charged at a different exchange rate than the rate I was refunded, and I lost almost 6% of the ticket price just in exchange rate differentials

I thought because a plowed price I will get something not good. Seat are not that comfortable but for short flight you don’t even feel it. Flight on time. You need to pay for food if needed but price is very reasonable. I got asked if I want my carry on to check for free, it wa a convenient as many people have carry on an Spaces are few at the end available. I will take this airline for short flight again.

We got reasonable price for our roundtrip ticket from Madrid to Barcelona. We left pretty much on time, actually arrived a little bit early. No onboard entertainment, they announced something about wifi but we could not understand their accent, not a big deal. All cabin staff members we encountered spoke English. Check in and cabin staff members are courteous and helpful. Clean, modern A330 airplanes. All snacks, meals and drinks are for purchase only. No complaints.
