Yes, have been with AA for more than 40 years. Many times (within Latin America there were DISASTERS with AA....but this last route was a PLEASURE....thanks)

Jan 27, 2020

I did NOT get the upgraded seats I paid for. Now I have to claim for a refund! Big nuisance!

Dec 17, 2019

I missed AA !! It’s been a while since I traveled with AA last and now I remember why I used to love it. Keep it up!

great service

May 8, 2018

What I did not like about this flight was that I was unable to select my seats since the options that allow me to change the seat were all paid options. I´d not choose AA again due to this issue.
