Track your refund
When we process your cancellation, we do our best to ensure you get any refund owed you as quickly as possible. Often, we process your cancellation, but it's up to our travel partners to process your refund. Given the high volume of cancellations due to COVID-19, some refunds have been delayed.
When you can expect your refund depends heavily on what kind of travel product you purchased. We hope these guidelines will help you understand when you can expect your refund to show up in your account.
If you canceled lodging, a car rental, or an activity
It may take up to 48 hours to receive your refund. If the hotel processed the charge, they’ll determine the refund timeline.
If you canceled a flight
Most refunds are issued within 12 weeks. However, depending on the airline, some refunds may take longer.
If you canceled a vacation package
The individual parts of your vacation package are processed separately. Package refunds may take longer than normal.
