This was a small plane and we had a small mechanical problem with overhead bin, but I was impressed with American.
I don't like that we are unnecessarily charged for checking one bag. $30 is too much!
No movie base on plane size.
1st time on United, 1st time using Orbitz. NOT my last!
The $30 per bag charge is a big reason for me to use Delta or Southwest. I won't be flying American Airlines again unless the bag charge is removed.
Excellent service and accommodations
Only problem was extra extra extra long security check point lines. Makes you anxious about getting to your gate in time.
The airport in Birmingham, Alabama should do more direct flights to New York.
Birmingham to Charlotte was great! Then everything went bad.
Polite professional no issues
Phone charger jack is awesome.
