Stayed here for a concert at the arena it was in great walking distance everything was perfect other then having to pay 60$ to park at the hotel

When I checked in, I was giving a room key but told nothing of service or the hotel. I later noticed people being offered champagne on check in. I had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor which were suites and only from another guest was I informed that there was a free snack room on the floor. Very poor hotel check in.
