The resort was perfect for my family and I. Starting from welcoming us with a cold beverage and rag. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. Everyone at the resort were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this resort.

The staff was very nice & friendly! The resort is clean, but the rooms could do with some updates, furniture is scratched up. The check-in process was not great, we never received an orientation. We relied on other guests for information. We ended up paying for umbrella & chairs, since we were never informed that there is a separate part of the beach for Soco House guests, with free umbrellas & chairs. The meals were good, but for all-inclusive I expected more varieties on the menu. For a tropical island, I expected fresh fruit juice made with tropical fruits, not with surgery syrups. Also, the resort could do with more entertainment or something to spice the evening after dinner. There was only 1 night of a live band, other than that it was rather boring.

Windjammer is a great resort and the staff are making sure you are taking care of and they make you feel at home. Only thing that we wasn't so happy about was that they were remodeling the main pool, but they sent us an email before our trip and said the pool should open the day we arrived but that never happened, so hopefully next time we come back it will be open and done.
