Overall was great but there was one serious issue. Without any emergency, one of their employee entered my room without my permission before checking out. This is such an unacceptable behavior about the safety and the privacy of the guest who paid to stay.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was yummy with a gluten free option. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place for us! It was clean and the fan was a must have! It was very easy to take the bus from the hotel to the train station and then from there to Zurich HB. Would stay here again!

Absolutely great! This was my first time in switzerland , they really made me feel great, the service is top notch , the staff is great, its right infront of a bus stop , the restaurant attached to it is really really good too, so no need to run around town. Will def go back there on my next trip! 5stars

The rooms are small but functional, the bathroom nice and modern, good size, lots of counter space. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Great breakfast buffet. The only negative was that our room was right above the smoking corner. It was hot, so we wanted to keep the windows open at night, but then the smoke wafted in. No AC but ceiling fans.
