Excellent stay

Check-in was a hiccups but assistance came to the rescue within 10mins. So all are well. The only -points, the lift is not working most of the time & we have to walk up n down thru the staircase which was totally in darkness. Besides that, all is tip-top.

Die Internet Fotos entspechen schon lange nicht mehr dem Zustand des Apartment ( 2014 ca, ) Es ist alles ziemlich abgewohnt. Das AP ist sehr hellhörig, und haben Sie dann wie wir nette bunte Mieter über sich wohnen die mit ca, 10-12 Mann bis in die Nacht mit Straßenschuhen immer aufgeregt durch die Wohnung laufen......viel spass. Ich war 2x oben wurde von 4 - 5 lustigen Kollegen emfangen, aber geändert hat sich leider nichts. Die Beleuchtung im AP ist eine Katastrophe, sollten Leuchten da sein ,dann mit wackel Kontakt. Im Bad besser eine Taschenlampe mitnehmen. Küche SEHR dürftig ausgestattet, was soll man mit einem Gischirrspüler wenn nur je 4x Geschirr da ist. Wasserkocher auch defekt. u.s.w. u.s.w Nicht zu empfehlen......es ist ja auch noch teuer.

Stay away!!

Nothing more to say. Have a look at these photos. But had a nice talk to the staff about these things. They promised to fix it next day. And what happend? Nothing! It was a disappointing stay. Sad but true...

Enttäuschend , abgewohnt

check in war mühsam, da sich auf meiner Bestätigung von Expedia eine reservierungsnr mit mehr als 5 Ziffern befand, musste also anrufen, dann wurde mir weitergeholfen. Leider mit Telefonkosten verbunden, schätzt man ja nicht gerade im Ausland :-( Die Tür zur Wohnung sah aus wie kurz vorher aufgebrochen, man könnte sie von innen nicht zusätzlich sichern, hätte man aber gerne gemacht, da sie auch ständig klapperte, durch Wind etc. Im Bad hatten wir uns zu viert mehr Haken und Handtuchstangen gewünscht, Küche war nur mangelhaft mit Tellern und Müslischalen bestückt. Wohnzimmer hat den Vogel abgeschossen, die Couch ist total abgewetzt und hat ein Brandfleck, einfach ekelhaft. Alle Stühle und die Sideboards waren verlebt, verkratzt, verranzt, es war eine Zumutung für 310 Franken die Nacht!!! Die Hälfte der Lampen hatten keine oder kaputte Glühbirnen , die Fernbedienung ausgelaufene Batterien.......

This hotel was charged an additional fee by credit card. but... the reason had not been known. 2016.7.31.~8.2. 이틀간 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 숙박비는 익스페디아를 통해 사전에 전액 결제를 하였습니다. 체크아웃 후 별도의 공지 또는 호텔 직원의 별도 설명 없이 현지시각 2016.8.2.에 신용카드로 50스위스프랑이 추가 결제되었습니다. 금액내역 확인을 위해 익스피디아로 두 차례 메일 문의를 하였으나, 문의가 접수되었다는 답신을 제외하고 아직 이에 대한 답변을 받지 못했습니다. 동시에 카드회사로 문의를 한 상태이나, 아직 답변을 받지 못하고 있습니다. 추가결제에 대한 문제를 제기하는 게 아니라, 추가결제 내역에 대한 문의에 답변을 주지 않는 호텔측, 익스피디아측 모두 참 답답한 노릇입니다. 여행을 다녀와서 내역도 알지 못한 채 추가결제가 된다면...그 호텔이나 그 예약사이트를 믿고 이용하기는 어렵습니다. 참조하시기 바랍니다.

Friendly staff. Good location, close to Weidikon tram and train station, just 1 train station away from Zurich main station. We stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment, the kitchen and toilet are old but very clean and fully equipped. The apartment is in good size, the bedroom is very spacious, the bed & quilt are comfortable. The only problem was the hot water supply, there is no hot water on the first two days. Besides this problem, the apartment is quite perfect for us. I

Overpriced and disappointing

My reservation number did not work to get the key card, and I had to call. It took about 20 min before I could reach someone and my card. The kitchen Needs remodeling as well as the bathroom.
