We were unable to contact the rental owners, and neither was VRBO.

We had to find other accommodation after we had actually arrived there, because VRBO gave the owners until 3PM on the arrival day to contact us.By that point all the nicer places were rented already, and we had to move 3 times to different locations because it was peak season.VRBO should drop this listing

SCAMMERS!!!!!

FIRST OFF, the people who own the home never contacted us,never responded,vrbo tried contacting them and NOTHING! we were in another country STRANDED!!!! Thank goodness we spoke Spanish and found another place to stay last minute having to pay DOUBLE so now vacation money is gone and vrbo was horrible on trying to reimburse us and getting/finding us a hotel, we had to pay everything out of pocket. We did some investigating ourselves and come to find out the owners of this place used the neighbors phone number and contact info and the neighbors we’re not happy about that. This place is owned by the restaurant next door to the house and they were renting it out to the locals already even tho we paid/reserved this spot for a week. Vacation from hell!!!!! THIS PLACE IS OWNED BY SCAMMERS WHO PRAY ON TOURISTS!!!!DO NOT RENT THIS HOME OTHERWISE YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF STRANDED IN MEXICO WITH YOUR MONEY TAKIN AND NO PLACE TO STAY!!!!
