9/10 apartment - good location, clean, spacious

Nice, clean, spacious apartment within 10minutes walk from Zermatt station and 2 supermarkets. Large rooms and good facilities. A lift is available to get to the 3rd floor although there are over 20 steps to carry luggage up to get in the building! The host is very responsive to messages both before and during our stay. Only reason for 9/10 is due to damp smell from the bathroom that other reviewers have mentioned and that we weren't allowed to extend our check-out to 11am. We were offered a check-out at 12pm for 50 CHF though! Apart from that it would be 10/10.
