The approx. 57 sqm two-room apartment offers enough space for three adults or a family with a child - an extra bed is possible in the bedroom or living room.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Waldblick and has a separate apartment entrance. Underfloor heating and insect protection in all rooms ensure a pleasant living environment.
No thresholds have been installed inside the apartment - all room / apartment doors are threshold-free and the shower is at ground level. The bed has a raised lying surface, so that the apartment is particularly suitable for seniors or for people with slight movement restrictions.
The large living room with attached dining area for 4 people offers an unobstructed view of the coastal forest. You can enjoy your evenings on a comfortable leather corner couch. A 52-inch LED TV with internet connection and a small home cinema system also offer you film fun on vacation.
The semi-open kitchen - separated by a wall from the living room - is fully equipped. A hot-air oven with 4-ring ceramic hob and extractor, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment are just as much part of our standard equipment as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and egg cooker.
The bedroom has a box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a sideboard for storing your things. In the dressing room with sliding door wardrobe you have enough space for your wardrobe or a stroller (folded).
All guests have free parking on the property.
The south-facing terrace on the courtyard is at your disposal with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue facilities.
