Превзошел ожидания.

Останавливались на одну ночь в феврале. Припарковались на небольшой стоянке перед отелем. Днем мест было мало, в связи с тем, что развлекательный комплекс "Парадокс" весьма популярен у местных жителей и туристов. Имейти ввиду, что отель также располагает закрытой парковкой для гостей. Заселение прошло быстро, персонал на ресепшн дружелюбен и расторопен. Отель оснащён лифтом,на котором мы, в сопровождение сотрудника поднялись в наш номер, расположенный на 4 этаже. По дороге нас ознакомили приятной зоной отдыха оборудованной на 3 этаже. Она включала в себя: небольшую кухню, с чайником, кофеваркой, микроволновой печью, тостером и набором посуды и несколько столиков. Номер понравился. Достаточно просторный, светлый, с большим балконом. Ванная комната, также достаточно просторная, имеется ванна, фен, косметика для душа. Единственный минус - неудобное (низкое) крепление на стене для душа. Мыться не очень удобно. В самом номере, единственно, что не понравилось это матрас, одновременно излишне мягкий и тонкий. Всё остальное - хорошо. Освещение, удобное расположение розеток, хороший сигнал Wi-Fi. Неплохой завтрак. С омлетом, творожной запеканкой, блинами и конечно с мясной, сырной нарезками и салатами. Очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный персонал. Выйти с завтрака голодным, практически невозможно! В целом, отель оставил приятное впечатление. Техническое состояние и уровень комфорта, не ниже большинства отелей позиционирующих себя как 4*.

3 star hotel with 4 star look and service

It is one of the best hotels in Zelenogradsk. The location is good, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is modest but tasty. We enjoyed our stay in Paradox. It is such a wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations! We will definitely come back. Замечательный отель, который превзошёл наши ожидания. Рекомендую!

Прекрасный отдых в Зеленоградске

Все очень понравилось. Отель удобно расположен - до набережной десять минут пешком, до пешеходной улицы пять минут. Хочется отметить хорошее обслуживание, качественный завтрак в симпатичном кафе. Номер просторный, есть балкон, сейф, холодильник, большая удобная ванная комната, каждый день бесплатная бутилированная вода. С удовольствием рекомендовала бы отель всем желающим хорошо отдохнуть в Зеленоградске.

Замечательный отель! Мы бронировали люкс - номер очень комфортный. Для сына поставили кровать дополнительно. Хорошая сауна в номер, халаты нереально удобные. Есть терраса со столом и стульями. На 3 этаже в свободном доступе кофемашина, лед, чай, микроволновка, холодильник, приборы, посуда. Завтрак шведский стол, все было вкусно! Расположение отличное: на самой территории отеля музей Мурариум, башня. Недалеко пешеходная улица (мин 3-5), до моря мин 10 не спеша. Однозначно бы вернулись и будем рекомендовать друзьям!

Очень стильный небольшой отель- всего 10 номеров на 3 и 4 этажах. Доброжелательный персонал, вкусная и красиво сервированная еда в кафе "Уксус". Мне не хватало чайника в номере, надо отметить, что на 3 этаже есть уютный лофт с кофемашиной, кипятком, чашками с блюдцами, различным чаем в пакетиках, микроволновой. И ещё обслуживание в кафе хромает, там работают совсем молоденькие девочки их ещё не научили правильному обслуживанию.
