The classic Villa of 160 sq.m., located in the Argassi area with direct access to a semi private beach, has a private entrance, swimming pool, parking space and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Its facilities are of high quality, designed with undivided attention to detail, combining comfort, modern design and at the same time classic aesthetics without decorative exaggerations. Villa Elizabeth, is the ideal place for a dreamy summer vacation, as it guarantees to meet every modern need and to entertain its guests with its luxurious facilities and immediate access.The Villa consists of two floors, which are connected by an internal wooden circular staircase and an external one for faster access to the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a shared bathroom, an airy living room overlooking the beautiful Ionian Sea as well as a bedroom with a double bed, closets and a balcony door with a terrace overlooking the sea. The first floor consists of three bright and comfortable bedrooms, two with a queen bed and unobstructed sea views and one with a single bed and TV, and a shared bathroom. The interior decoration of the Villa is high quality but also optimal functionality furniture in neutral and earth tones, allowing the blue of the sea to be the dominant color and the main component of the Villa.
Features of the lovely Villa Elizabeth include a spacious, well appointed outdoor area and a variety of outdoor options, all equipped with all modern comforts. Guests can take a refreshing dive in the pool and relax on the sun loungers and other seating while enjoying in the summer sun. The Villa also has a modern outdoor shower and a dining area by the pool, creating a tranquil setting close to nature and the sounds of the sea with the aim of creating indelible moments in time.
