The unit was beautiful, clean and well furnished. However, the building entry, hall and stairs are old and in need of repair and refreshing - at the very least some paint. The entrance to the building could use some lighting outside - we arrived after dark and it was hard to see the address and hard to see the keypad. The neighborhood made us uncomfortable - poorly lit, graffiti, etc.

This place was both great and not… Great: Location! Walkable to old town and super Safe. Large and comfortable bed. Super clean and modern. Great communication. Easy self-check in. Not: soooo loud. First floor on a very busy street (I even had ear plugs). Don’t expect to sleep. Tv just didn’t have anything (no cable, satellite or streaming), no coffee machine. No basics in the kitchen like olive oil etc. the apartment was great but the building lobby/stairs very run down/shabby. The door to the apartment had no secondary lock (ie deadbolt) I put the coffee table up against the door. Overall I would recommend for a night or two, but it was so loud with cars don’t stay long unless you are a very very deep sleeper

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment with everything you need. It’s is newly upgraded. The on -line staff is extremely helpful, accommodating, and prompt with communication. Check in is super easy. Couldn’t ask for better.

Can’t beat the location of this very well maintained apartment, right in the town centre. We travelled by train to Zagreb and from the central train station, it was less than a 10 minutes walk. The owner sent very clear instructions to find the apartment and get inside. There is a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, hob with plates, cutlery, pots and pans so were able to have the option to cook if we wanted to. We could visit the town centre very easily, no need to use any public transport. Really enjoyed it!

Great apartment in the heart of the city

This place is great! Clean and comfortable and located right in the city, walking distance to everything. The host was responsive with very clear, easy to follow check-in instructions. Always nice to have a full apartment when traveling so it feels more like home.

The apartment itself was very nice and in an excellent location. We had a rental car but really didn't need it and there's extra expense for parking. We arrived late at night and some additional info would have helped like how to turn on the lights in the entry way/stairs. The building front door didn't open all the way which made it awkward with our luggage. We found a delightful food option for late night arrival called Gyros and Pizza House, walking distance.

Apartment is nice and centrally located - walkable to lots of sites in Zagreb. Convenient to have a basic kitchen. Units could use tea towels in kitchen and any kind of coffee maker. Internet was spotty during out stay but we saw people from the ISP on site so may be were there to repair.

We really enjoyed the use of the apartment, it was spacious and perfect for our family. The apartment was centrally located and easily accessible to transit, sorted, and areas worth visiting. It was very roomy and clean and very comfortable! The building doors are open all the time but the entrance to the apartments is a card key and the the entrance to your apartment is another card key. If I was to make any criticism it is that it would have been nice to have a little more cooking equipment as we made our own dinner, but it was a lovely stay!

Property was in lower town about 15 minute walk from bus station. Key safe at front door and with code we were given got the key for our apartment 1. First floor facing the street. Full kitchen, separate bedroom. Very comfortable. Great position to walk to upper town.

So at first having just arrived in Croatia and Zagreb the outside looks a bit alarming . Not terribly clean, lots of graffiti the entrance and stairwell too but go inside the apartment and the place is spotless immaculate modern and perfect. A large bed good bathroom and kitchen area. Literally a ten min walk up the street and you are in the main square. Another ten minute walk up the hill and you are in the hubbub of eateries and bars and cafes great nightlife but perfectly safe and family friendly lots of kids and all ages. Very fun atmosphere and the most affordable food we had in all of Croatia. The host was actually very kind and helpful once we figured out a glitch on our end with our phone and data etc not working. Also very convenient walk to the tram line to bus and train station.

Very clean and easy to enter. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Wifi was a bit spotty but we sorted it out. Great access to a nice area with tons of restaurants and shops. Communication of entry code ahead of time happened via Whatsapp, something i had never used was not aware of, so a bit of communicating through Expedia was needed to sort it out. Lovely stay overall and the host was kind and helpful.
