The room was modern and tastefully decorated. The included breakfast was amazing! The front desk was very pleasant and personable and spoke perfect English. The was some confusion at the front desk about what time we needed a box lunch to be ready since we had a very early flight out. This was due to communication between the person who was temporarily at the front desk. Unfortunately the box lunch was not ready for us so we had to leave without it.

Nice location.

Location is good with Macdonald and Kaufland nearby. Room is very clean with very comfortable pillows. Every night you are still given Euro 10 for playing at the casino. Breakfast is good and I will come back again.

I like the property even if it is not in the city center since it is very accessible by public transport such as bus/tram/train. The area is located in a very nice area and the room is very very nice as it is inside a big hotel/casino in the area. The area is just about 30 minutes away from city center. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They make sure that your stay in their property is comfortable. They are very willing to assist guests with any issues that they have such as booking for transportation and offer support regarding places of interest to visit in the area. There is also a McDonald’s in front of the hotel.

One of the best hotels in our 11 day trip. We stayed 1 night, but we wish we could stay longer. We rented a car and there were ample parking spaces on a weekday. Modern clean rooms. Lots of thoughtful amenities, they even had charger cable for phones in the room. To top it off, the buffet breakfast was out of this world!
