Clean house, very responsive & accommodating owners. Fabulous sunsets! Large common areas, beds comfortable. Would stay there again if we find we are going back to Yuma.

Lots of beds, big kitchen, fantastic back yard.

Four bedrooms plus a couple blow up air mattresses, big kitchen and two refrigerators, 3 bathrooms and a great back yard.

Very nice home

We enjoyed the home! Grandkids loved the pool area. Comfortable beds in every room. Nice quiet neighborhood. Large home with lots if space.

Host was great. Home was ok. Not the dirtiest but not the cleanest .. couch needs to be replaced for sure as well as towel holders, toilet paper holders etc. Make sure to bring garbage bags and laundry soap!

In town for work

Had a crew of 10 guys in town for work. Split between two houses. I stayed in this one. Very comfortable.

Yuma

The house was great and clean. It needs a bit of TLC. We only had a problem with the pool pump not working and the jacuzzi not being able work the water was cold. The host was great and answer all my questions.

Shabby

Unfortunately, this rental fell short of expectations. The indoor furniture was shabby and unclean, and the kitchen felt like it was stocked from a thrift store. The outdoor furniture was so sun-damaged that my 75-year-old uncle fell through a chair when he sat down. Basic amenities were lacking, like bedside lights, and we even found termites in the primary bathroom. To top it off, the keyless entry system failed during our stay, and it took the owner over 12 hours to respond. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the other issues made the experience disappointing.

I highly recommend staying at this house. This house is perfect for people of any age. The host went above and beyond to make this the perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

The host was very nice and accommodating which makes what I’m about to say very difficult. I booked this place because it looked like a super nice place to have my baby shower but the pictures are very old and deceiving they do not show how the property looks currently. Almost all of the outdoor furniture was torn up baaaaad to where I could not even use it for seating for my guests. The inside looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were tons of dead bug in the windows, had a couple roaches in one of the guest bathrooms, ants in the master bathroom all over the counter and even in the kitchen! I had some expensive pastries I had made for my baby shower sitting displayed on one of the counter tops that I ended up having to THROW OUT due to ants getting all in the them. Half the outlets didn’t even work in the kitchen which made it difficult to keep all the food warm. It ended up being very windy the day of the baby shower so was going to attempt to try and set up tables and things in the garage area however that was not possible since there was a beehive that looks like they sprayed to kill the bees and such but was never disposed of so there were just dead bees everywhereeee. Overall for how much I paid for this property I was VERY disappointed and would not recommend to others.
