Arrived after dark and was pleasantly surprised by the view in the morning. Beautiful rooms with hot showers and a gorgeous overlook to boot. Will definitely be back

Unbelievable view!! Very clean area, no trash anywhere. Well to do neighborhood you get to enjoy. All the important items there to microwave and eat food you bring with you. The drive was a bit complicated but directions well written, I stayed 4 nights so I had time to learn the route. The quiet is brilliant.

Great spot for a couple that want a quite getaway. l needed a bed for the night and according to the website it is more than twice that distance. i ended up waisting my money and not staying there at all.

Great location tucked away

This cute studio is on the other side of Lake Abiquiu in a development that I didn't even know existed. It has tremendous views of the lake and Ghost Ranch, as well as a prime place for watching sunrises and sunsets that made me realize why I keep coming to this area. Tani is a great host who communicates with you every step of the way, it is rather remote but that is what makes it so unique. It is now my go to spot when I pass through this area.

Need a 4 wheeler or truck to navigate the road into this property!!

Great location, looking down on Abiquiu Lake Very small space but well appointed and stocked with everything needed for a short stay. Excellent shower. Comfy bed, very clean.

A quaint and gorgeous getaway in the middle of an amazing landscape!

What a lovely location, from the view to the BIG shower, and also the detailed communication from the owner. My mom and I had a fabulous time, while we made sure to explore the various locations recommended, we also made sure to spend some time in the studio because it was such a precious experience. No wonder Georgia Okeeffe was inspired by this area! This is also a great place to see stars, as it has little to no light pollution. The studio had everything needed, and was super cozy, we would definitely return!

I had trouble locating the unit. A bit remote; had to travel a few miles on a gravel road. GPS info in listing is not accurate - GPS does not work well at the location. When I arrived, 1/2 of unit had no power. Called Tania, she came immediately and flipped the breaker switch back on. However, after my arrival, ABSOLUTELY no problems. Enjoyed the views, the peace and quiet, rainbows after showers on far side of lake. Pet friendly. I would recommend this unit to anyone who may be traveling in the area.

Excellent Views and location

The studio was exactly as represented online. The view out the window while laying on the bed is amazing. The position of the house kept the sun and wind behind the house so you could sit on the porch and relax even though it was very windy and hot. Very pleased and will likely return

Room with a view

The views from this small and sweet studio room are unbelievable—the sunrises are not to be missed. The room was very comfortable, set up efficiently, and had all the essentials we needed. The shower in particular had great singing acoustics. We will definitely be back for another stay.
