This is a modest but affordable and very clean resort area Inn. The manager was extremely supportive when we needed to change rooms due to my unexpected mobility issue. We will happily return.

This property was extremely clean. The grounds are well maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Loved that we could walk to most everything. It’s nice that there are still affordable places to stay in York Beach.

Both location and staff at Lighthouse made this little getaway special for my husband and I. Located right in between short sands and long sands and walkable to both, the room was large, clean, and had an ocean view. Excellent communication with the staff who had our room ready early for us. :) We definitely recommend!

There is minimal insulation in the room we were in. We could hear the person above us (we were in #9) going to the bathroom. We could also hear when people were walking above us. The tv was ridiculously small (probably 22"). Hot water took a while to come on.

Disappointing

I was disappointed at the condition of the place. When we walked in the office area and checked in, it smelled like stale food. Our unit, although spacious, was super dated and the bathroom has something white on the floor that seemed to be baby powder? so it appeared not to have been cleaned enough. The location was great, but honestly would never go back.
