I stayed here twice and had a great experience. It’s my go to hotel when my son has tournaments out in Manheim. This time, not the best. An elevator was down which caused waiting times of 5-10 mins, the hallways were torn up, half the bathrooms were also out of service, we only had 1 towel in our bathroom. The staff is always so nice and attentive which is why I will still continue to come back. Things can be fixed, but staff is hard to come by!

The place was great! Everything was nice and clean. Only one complaint about the check in process. The woman tending the desk could not give me her full attention. She was on the phone, and not once did she ask the caller to hold so she could address me checking in. Everytime we saw her she was on the phone and ignoring people coming to the desk. Otherwise , it was a great place to stay.
