The hotel had a great location, walking distance from the Minato Mirai tourist area. Like everywhere in Japan, the hotel is neat and clean and the staff gives excellent customer service. We had a corner room with a great view of the city. I would definitely stay there again.

Incredible stay - the room was gorgeous, big, clean. The breakfast was delicious and the spread was extensive. It was close to Pacifico Yokohama for our conference, within walking distance. Also within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. I would return.

The hotel is beautiful and location in a very central area. The nearest subway is 350m away. The waterfront is about a 15min walk. We arrived a few hours before regular check-in and we were provided a room as per our booking straight away. The Lobby and Bar on the 23rd floor are nice and great to have a relaxing beer looking at a great skyline. The breakfast has a broad choice of foods as is good. Crowding for breakfast is a problem, does not matter if you come down early or not (unless you want to be there about 7am) but after 9am there is a line to wait in, not an acceptable situation for a hotel of this caliber and cost.
