The hotel location is excellent, just walkable from Yokohama station, hotel is very nice, clean, tidy and have luggage storage room, locker and your capsule room is privacy, roommates are friendly and polite, I feel good with everything with that price.

Closes 11am to 3 pm is that even legal. Front desk answers no questions no English. Front bench wobbly someone will fall. No cups for hot water or tea. Beds squeezed into a large room not roomy. Nowhere for suitcase except an unlocked room down rhe gall.

This capsule hotel was fun but a bit pricey for the experience. I thought that the women’s side had a sauna as well but I think it was just the men’s side! Nonetheless, I had a great experience here and I think every traveler should experience a capsule hotel at least once. It was pretty comfortable and close to Yokohama station which was convenient! I liked the ambience of the place.

Staff is friendly and can speak a bit of english if you don't know how to explain something in japanese. Everything's clean, locker and suitcase area accommodation is nice. It's right next to yokohama station, a lawsons, a lot of shopping malls, and a big nighttime scene.

The establishment is easy to locate. Staff are attentive and spoke English well, that made communication very smooth. Showers, bathroom and sleeping area are very clean, very quiet. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and would choose this place again when i come to visit Yokohama.
