Room is a bit small, room light are poorly laid out (no entry-way light, for example). The location is ok if you are planning to use this place only for lower part of the Yellowstone Park Loop.

What a great place to stay. Room clean, bed comfy, great toiletries provided. Coffee tea in room. The staff were so accommodating with a request we had. Cons were breakfast at a charge and no air conditioning. However we would definitely stay here again. Convenient to Old Faithful

This was very good hotel with excellent location in Yellowstone and services was great. However, it was bit darker inside the room. And GPS hit a hard time to find the Check in registration office. No more complain about this hotel.

The young man, summer help from Tennessee was great. Laughing with us but carrying himself well. Obviously inexperienced but he made it up with pleasant attitude, drive and courtesy. The lack of amenities was disappointing but a spacious room and a provided fan did help much better than canyon lodge where we stayed the night before.
