Positioned on a corner block, there is plenty of room for your boat with off-street parking both at the rear and side of the property.

Featuring a brand new inground sparkling pool with magnesium where you can relax, unwind and feel a sense of calm.

Ducted heating/cooling and ceiling fans throughout provide for all year-round comfort.

Downstairs:

Enjoy the open plan sun filled kitchen/dining/family area overlooking the brand new sparkling inground pool.

The large kitchen provides a perfect hub for entertaining with plenty of bench space featuring gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher.

Formal lounge with reverse cycle air conditioner which flows out to the outdoor entertaining area.

Ground floor bedroom with queen size bed accommodated by a powder room with toilet.

Full size laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Double lock up garage with automatic roller door and internal access.

Family get away

Lots of space in the house. Good bathrooms for a crowd. Complete kitchen and appliances. Great pool and pool toys. Good outdoor setting. Kitchen was not super clean. Only 6 dining chairs. Good size bedrooms, but master had awkward layout (sacrificed for enormous TV?) with the bed about 30cm in front of the build-in robe. Hard to get in and out, plus no bedside table. No bedside lamp on either side, only harsh ceiling light. All in all a good stay.
