The property was adequate for our needs . Some of the facilities were a little tired . We needed to contact the manager for two major issues ,the main shower hose wasn’t working it was split so was useless.The barbecue was broken so was unusable. These issues once raised were resolved quite quickly, within a week but obviously not being able as a family to shower was a difficult task, it highlighted that to me the management company hadn’t completed a pre let inspection? We accept that nothing is perfect but these issues were basic, the pool cover was a real pain to operate as the 2 Of the 4 roller straps were broken. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery and pots and pans .Our son and daughter in law couldn’t sleep on the upstairs mattress as it was so basic and uncomfortable.

Villa was clean and tidy, easy check in. Beds quite hard but comfortable. Good area, not far from Marina Rubicon. The only slight negatives were, the tiles get very slippery and i slipped and fell down, so just a heads up, especially if you are going with children, also there was nothing to wash up with, so had to go out to buy a sponge, washing up liquid and tea towels. Had i know i would have taken with with. Still would recommend this villa though.
