Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean and friendly. We have stayed here a number of times and are never disappointed. The only small issue is the pillows. Maybe a couple more available to use in the room as needed would be perfect.

Pros: lovely holiday complex with well kept gardens and pool area, which didn't feel crowded. Very spacious living area in apartment. Balcony had a nice sea view and walls kept it private, but also no sea view once you sat down due to the walls! Cons: slightly unclean surfaces on arrival (crumbs, hairs). Kitchen doesn't get cleaned by housekeeping, there were some tiny ants on the surfaces during my stay (not unexpected in hot climates, but wouldn't expect in a holiday home)

As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. I really enjoyed the apartment and seating area out the front. This propert was only available for 1 night but after the 2 subsequent evenings elsewhere at another location, I really wosh Palmeras Gardens had an available let for my total of 3 nights. I travel frequently and hate being around the "typical" brits in resorts. I didnt k lw what to expect of Lanzarote but didn't realise it was basically a resort island. Resorts and paclage holidays aren't my cup of tea and i am so happy i found Palmeras Gardens. It was a nice quiet location situated under Montaña Roja, i walked this various ti.es and would recommend this location and set of holiday lets.

Roaches in the room..they leave you roach spray to handle the issue. No AC, it's extra charge to get the remote for it, which also means no fan. Wasn't an issue for me, until I sprayed the roach spray and there was zero air circulation Otherwise location is very good and room was nice

We had a fantastic stay 24 to 31 march 2024. The lady on reception was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. That also goes for the pool bar ladies and the guy's at the Arena bar. So friendly and food was spot on. The bungalow was spotless as were the outside area's. Lovely seafront walk to other areas too. Would definitely stop here again. I would highly recommend this lovely place.

Fabulous place to stay

Peaceful location, we stayed in apartment number 4 , nicely furnished, amazing shower, shower gel and hand soap provided. Towels could be bigger, and some were tatty but changed 3 times over the week we were there. Beds also made daily, when toilet rolls were also replenished. Handy little supermarket. Arena bar, very welcoming, food excellent. Check in was straight forward collecting keys from the bar. Check out was excellent 👌 the lady was so helpful, sorting a shower room and booking the taxi. Downside I would love to have had a sun lounger on the balcony, and also a freestanding fan in the apartment. (For circulation) Would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa in pleasant gardens

Staff were brilliant especially sorting out a problem with mosquitoes in villa. The site is beautifully laid out with ample car parking. Close to beach and Dive Centre but some distance from main town of Playa Blanca. However, lovely walk along promenade to the town. The villa was good as it had separate kitchen with microwave, kettle and hob. Very quiet, away from the loud music of the large hotels and restaurants. Small patio area in front of lounge/bedroom was good and adequate for 2-3 people. Everywhere, including villa, clean and well maintained. Swimming pool looked OK but did not use. Would definitely book here again.

A quiet and small complex

This place was lovely, as two female friends we enjoyed the quietness of being 10-15 minutes walk along the promenade from the busier part of Playa Blanca. Although there is a hotel between Palmeras Gardens and the beach we had a partial view of the sea from our first floor apartment. The pool within the grounds was not busy even though all the apartments were occupied, this was very pleasant compared with what we observed at the few big hotels along the seafront. This place is probably not the best choice for families with young children. Apart from a diving school there are no other amenities of note in the immediate vicinity. There is a bar next to the site which does the breakfasts for the guests but we were glad not to have chosen the option to include this with our booking. The evening meals which were rather snack-like were only served until 20.00hrs but there are a few good restaurants on the sea front within 5 minutes walk. Overall we had a brilliant stay there and now want to do a return visit next year.
