To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.



Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.



These details are normally sent 7 days prior to your arrival, so you will have everything you need in good time for your stay.

As with any property in such a central and lively location, there can be some noise, particularly during the evenings. A nearby bar hosts live music most nights, usually until around midnight, adding to the resort atmosphere. Guests looking for a vibrant, central base are likely to love the location, while those seeking complete peace and very early nights may wish to consider this before booking.



Getting Around:

Thanks to the apartment’s central location in Playa Blanca, there is no need for a car, as restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach are all within easy walking distance.



There is free on-street parking available nearby for those who choose to hire a car. Local bus services are also readily accessible, offering a convenient and affordable way to explore the surrounding areas.



Taxis are easy to find, with a taxi rank located approximately 40 metres from the main entrance, making getting around quick and straightforward.



Should you wish to hire a car, we can assist with arrangements through a trusted local provider. Vehicles can be collected at the airport on arrival or delivered directly to the property if preferred.

For stays of more than 14 nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This service takes place after each full week of your stay and includes:

For example:



2-week stay: housekeeping on day 7

3-week stay: housekeeping on days 7 and 14

For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter



For bookings of 14 nights or fewer, no additional cleaning is included.



If you would like extra housekeeping services during your stay, these can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.

Payment & Breakages Insurance



Please note that all payments are taken in GBP.



A compulsory breakages insurance fee of £10 per person, per stay is also charged. This fee is non-refundable and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit.



The breakages insurance covers accidental damage only, up to a value of £400. Should any accidental damage exceed this amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.



Please note that any deliberate, negligent, or malicious damage is not covered by the breakages insurance, and the guest will be fully responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.



By making a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility accordingly.



Interaction with Guests:

We operate a convenient self check-in system, so there is no need to meet on arrival. The main entrance to the building is secured with a digital lock, and your unique access code will be provided once the online check-in has been completed.



Inside the entrance hall, you will find individual key safes for each apartment. We will provide you with the codes for both the building access and your apartment key safe prior to your arrival, ensuring a smooth and straightforward check-in experience.
