Hotel was good, room was comfortable and staff was friendly. Hotel is under construction so keep that in mind, there is dust and stuff everywhere. We were woken up by the smoke alarm beeping at 3am which kind of sucked. Had to take the battery out of it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel itself was dated, however, they are renovating. The location was great, but we could hear the noise from the highway.

The staff was good; however, the hotel is currently under renovation and should not be open. Many wires are exposed, and there is a strong smell in the building. If you are sensitive to construction materials, avoid staying there. I don't think it is healthy for newborns and young kids either. The room is too old and not very clean either. Definitely won't return.

This place was a total disappointment. We were traveling and were looking for a hotel to stop for the night and decided to pay a little more than we wanted to for the Country Inn just because we love Country Inns and wanted to stay at one. This was the worst Country Inn we have ever stayed at! We walked in to the lobby and were instantly taken aback. The place was torn apart. In the middle of a remodel. The elevator was definitely in need of an upgrade. Was honestly afraid we were going to be stuck in it. Our room was decently clean at least. The AC/heat unit made an awful noise every time it ran. Was so loud it made it hard to sleep. The final straw was the next morning when we were ready for breakfast. One of our favorite things about Country Inns is their top notch breakfast. They usually have exceptional breakfast for a hotel. Well this place had a very limited breakfast. It all looked so depressing we actually opted to just leave and go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast instead. Overall it was such a super disappointing experience.

Poor service.

We booked a queen room for 4 people. When we arrived they only had a king suite which was not large enough for our family. The sheet on the bed was soiled. We left and went to the hotel next door. We were told our room would be refunded, but the manager refused even though we never stayed there.

The front desk worker was super nice at check in and everything was clean but we were surprised to see the hotel was under construction when we checked in. We specifically chose this one for the hot tub and swimming pool and those are also closed. Just wish Expedia mentioned this prior to booking.

I believe the hotel was getting renovations, but my room definitely was not-stained carpet, stains on the ceilings, broken moldings, wall moldy and crumbling in the bathroom next to the tub- The lobby was under construction- The bed and bedding were clean and comfy Staff was very friendly Breakfast was pretty good
