I booked apartment at Krawiecka 3 with only few hours of notice prior my arrival. Shortly afterwards I received very detailed information about accommodation and accessing the building. On arrival in late evening the security officer, who was very friendly, showed me and my family how to find apartment. It turned to be very clean, safe and well maintained apartment. Bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable but sofa bed in the living room rather well bellow these standards. Kitchen had everything we would need for one night stay. Bathroom well maintained, apart of shower hose, but very clean and towels provided. Great central location, which is only 5 minutes walk from the old town and 15 minutes from train station. Despite heavy traffic outside the building it appeared to be very quiet. Great value for money. Would definitely consider coming back when again in Wroclaw.

NO FREE PARKING

I chose this apartment for 2 reasons - free parking and 24/7 registration. Non of the perks were there. No information about parking and lady in registration - did not understand my questions about parking, she insisted that the instructions will be there only if I have booked parking. I noted, that in the name it is written that parking is included in price! She was not even working for this location, but for other and did not try to solve the issue. Terrible, terrible

Plus side; Fantastic location, nice parking facility. Comfy bed. Improvements areas; Despite booking their deluxe apartment - several things were below expected standard. Freezer not cleaned, open hatch I bathroom, drapes looked like they were falling down, some roller blinds not working, non adjustable AC (but working), sporadically working WiFi, big marks on sofa, very scarce kitchen equipment, corroding facet, and several other minor things. Appartment didn’t really reflect the photos shown on hotels.com

Horrible!

It doesn't deserve four star hotel, bad smell everywhere, even in the room, the worst thing is it's poor hardwares, the floor will be all wet after shower. Only advantage of this hotel is a parking space.
