We loved our time at the Commodore's Penthouse! The view and the unit were fabulous. Very attractive decorating, the sofa was very comfortable, and the unit appeared to be extremely clean! There was road noise (as would be expected by the bridge), but by Day 2, I didn't notice it anymore. The master bedroom mattress was fine, but not great. And the kitchen was adequately equipped for a short stay (however, no pot for holding liquid and no microwave-proof vessel for liquid). The porch had great chairs with table space. We loved the bar cabinet - great selection of drinkware, ice bucket, etc.We would absolutely stay here again and would just be prepared for any kitchen needs.

This is a beautiful condo! Everything looked like the pictures online. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. Location was great!

Excellent location for boating access

The boat slip that comes with this rental was perfect for us. We docked our Carolina Skiff there and were able to boat to many locations including Masonboro Island’s beach reserve. Because most people visit occupied beaches we had Masonboro Beach all to ourselves almost every day of our stay. Location to the Bridge Tender steak house, Poe’s Bar and Grill and many others within walking distance. Wilmington is just a short drive away for a more city style night life. Lots of night life nearby. Wonderful aesthetic, Excellent appliances in the kitchen and laundry. Spacious for a 3 bedroom. The deck offers great views of the waterway and the operating draw bridge. Excellent overall experience. Will definitely book again! Kindest Mark

Super place — great experience

The condo is great with a fun view of the marina, intercoastal waterway, and the drawbridge. I’m a host, myself, so my eye goes to all the things that I know challenge my property. This home checks all the boxes. Super clean, hotel-like touches, and very good beds/bedding. I took some notes for myself! I’ll definitely stay again.

Fabulous penthouse!!!

Loved our stay in this luxury penthouse. All amenities you can imagine : hairdryers and shampoo in all three bathrooms not to mention guest bathrobes in each closet. Comfortable beds, state of art kitchen, lighting, and remote controlled window shades .. Most of all is the amazing view of boats coming and going on the inter coastal waterway. Loved our stay !!! Exceptional property

Upscale living with all the amenities you need and more! Convenient walk to restaurants and stores. Boat dock included and boat registration with the local marina was hassle free. We were able to bring our family dog which made our stay even better!
