Good location, clean, kitchen was good. TV worked fine, nice decks, fresh towels etc…. I am a little picky about beds. The upstairs bed was fine. The two down stairs: front bedroom was very soft and sagging on the sleepers right side, the back bedroom was creaky. They were not terrible but they are getting old. Couch and chairs in living room not comfortable. With a bad back they did not help. Parking was adequate for two cars. There is Paid parking on the street that fills up fast with beach goers. Good pub restaurant a block away. The Shark, good food. Other food and ice cream were a few blocks to the south. All good food. Very short walk to the beach, maybe 30 yards to entrance. It was a nice place with a few flaws.

Location! Location! Location!

The home was as advertise if not nicer. A few second walk to beach access 17 and we had our toes in the sand. Home was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. A perfect family get away. 5 Stars

Great weekend getaway!

The rental was clean and well appointed. Furnishings were beautiful, and the kitchen well stocked. Beds were comfy! Great location- easy walk to the pier and local restaurants & bars. Our only “ding” is that the cleaning agent used was so strong throughout the house we had to open all of the doors and windows. It dissipated but was still detectable the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a fantastic location - steps from the beach and pier, and walkable to the hub of downtown activities. It's very clean, nicely decorated and has a large comfortable family area.

great house, great porches

really cute house with lots of space and seating. porches were so much fun and had pretty view. only downside to this property was the motel across the street which seemed to collect strange characters. our short stay was fun and relaxing. would stay here again.

Prime location, great vacay home, cozy porches

We enjoyed our stay at this house a lot…we cooked meals in, there was an elevator to avoid pack-mulling up two flights of stairs, and we spent much of our time on one of the porches when we weren’t out on the beach or walking around. A bit busy at this location with constant traffic coming and going, but to be expected right by the pier.

Nice location. We enjoyed the layout allowing us to spread out on separate floors. Easy walk to the beach and great, central location. Easy to cook - well stocked kitchen. Easy access and clean up.
