Perfect retreat

We had a lovely lake weekend getaway - Mandy (the owner) was so responsive and helpful. The chalet is lovely and perfectly situated on a private small lake. Our girls loved every moment of water activities.

Just a great summer cottage. Wonderful Audubon Lake full of fish and super fun kayaking and canoeing for the kids. Owner super helpful. Cozy describes it perfectly!

Amazing!

This place was incredible! We’ve been to Innsbrook multiple times and this is by far our favorite place to stay now! Mandy was great to work with, communication was fantastic. The fire pit with swings was so cozy, the hot tub was amazing and the beds were so soft. We will be coming back!

Such a cozy little escape

We had a great time! We loved all the amenities Innsbrook has to offer-the pool, the clubhouse restaurant, sugarfire, ice cream shop and then the house is loaded with fun water toys. The jacuzzi was awesome and the pontoon boat was fun around the small lake. Cheers!

Perfect Retreat

This property was spotless on the inside. The outside was a little messy (to be expected when living among the trees) but there was an electric blower in a storage tub on the deck so it wasn't much of an issue to clean in up. Between the hot tub, dock, lily pad, fire pit (complimentary smore station was very appreciated), paddle boards, etc. no one had time to get bored. Mandy was very attentive and answered any question we had immediately. The community is beautiful and has many amenities that add to the enjoyment of renting this property. The live music on Saturday evenings in the summer was a bonus.

Life on the Lake

We booked this last minute for a weekend stay as we were in the area. The host graciously allowed us an early check which allowed us a few more hours to enjoy sitting on the dock watching the boys fish. it was a very relaxing weekend!

Nice relaxing getaway

Everything was wonderful. The chalet is very cozy, the hot tub was a really nice perk. The scenery is beautiful as well. The upstairs beds are really comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Soooo nice

We’ve stayed at Innsbrook before but the thing that makes this chalet stand out is all the thoughtful little touches…robes in the bedroom, toiletries in the bathroom, tons of big fluffy towels, coffee pods stocked in the kitchen, a s’mores station set up with everything you need, and access to the pontoon boat at no additional cost. We relaxed and fished and had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!

This sweet cabin was perfect in every way. From everything listed on the site to the darling little details (s’more kit :), there isn’t anything NOT thought about. The paddle boat, SUP boards, pontoon, lily pad, hot tub, fire pit, sand castles, fishing on the dock…some core memories were made this week!

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed our first visit to Innsbrook. We stayed during to week and this lake was very quiet and peaceful. We fished and kayaked/paddle boarded each day. Hot tub at night. Loved seeing the small fish by the dock waiting to be fed. Chalet was comfortable and had pretty much any necessities you would need. Mandy was easy to communicate with.

Phenomenal Stay!

The location did NOT disappoint! The chalet was absolutely stunning! Very clean, well decorated, and the bedding was sooo comfortable! The water toys were a ton of fun as well! The owner tried to communicate with me prior to my arrival with directions that didn’t seem to go through initially. I’m blaming that on my phone. Because of that issue, we weren’t sure how to get in, but it all worked out. If you don’t hear from the owner before your travel day, suggest following up. The hardest part of this was actually finding the location. If you enter in the wrong way, you’ll never find the place. It took both of our cars an easy 20 minutes to finally find the location after multiple circles. Will be booking again!

No boat or hot tub

Chalet was clean but it is advertised with hot tub and pontoon. The hot tub was supposed to be cleaned our first day and wasn’t until day 3 ( our last full day) the pontoon never did work while we were there which was disappointing since that is the reason we chose this property. The grill didn’t work either and if you were lucky you got maybe 3 minutes of hot water in the shower. I have never left a review before on anything but I feel if I can spare someone some disappointment I will.
