Overall the stay was decent. We had a few issues which some were semi resolved while others were ignored. Upon arrival, the pull out couch’s sheets were not changed out and the guests prior to us appeared to have had a paint party on the pull out couch. The phone did not work in the room so we had to walk downstairs to inform the front desk of the issues. He offered to change out our room but we had already unpacked and didn’t want to repack to just once again unpack. So we took clean sheets and did what was supposed to have been done in the first place. Photos were taken of the issue and emailed to the manager as requested by the front desk but no response was ever provided. The phone was never fixed and we went back three separate times to inform the front desk and he said someone would be in but never showed. The gym was closed for “renovations” and the hot tub was open but not operational and was at best a Luke warm tub with no water jets able to be used. The pool was so chlorinated you couldn’t see 5 inches in front of your face to the point even the kids didn’t want to swim anymore. We were supposed to stay a total of 4 nights but ended up cutting our stay short due to all the issues building up and left for a different hotel to finish our vacation. The beds were the best part(aside from the couch bed) the beds were comfortable which is the main reason for the third star rating. My hope is once they finish their renovations their customer service improves.
